How You’ll Make a Difference:
As our next Director, you’ll be entrusted with shaping the future of Mudgee Community Preschool. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in ensuring that children experience an enriching and inclusive educational environment. You'll foster strong community connections, drive program excellence, and champion our commitment to equity and social justice.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:
To be considered for this position, ideally you’ll be a qualified Early Childhood Teacher or Educator with experience in leadership and management in the Education sector. While prior experience in a similar role will be highly regarded, we’re open to providing further training and support as needed.
